Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unopened, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Opened or used perfumes cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at orders@maazsafder.store. Returns must be sent to: Maaz Safder Fragrance, Crystal Homes 62 BMCHS Karachi, Karachi 75500, Pakistan. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on opened or used perfumes, sale items, or gift cards. If you have questions about a specific item, please contact us before purchasing.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, return it first and once the return is accepted, place a new order for the replacement. This is the fastest way to get what you need.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.
